By downloading, installing, or using the STELLADRY application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

STELLADRY is a free mobile application designed to help adult users maintain a private and personal record of events related to their personal care within the ABDL (Adult Baby Diaper Lover) community. The App allows:

• Logging events with timestamps and notes
• Viewing statistics and patterns
• Managing product inventory
• Sharing access with trusted caregivers
• Exporting personal data

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using STELLADRY, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under 18.

4. User Account

To use the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Privacy and Personal Data

Your privacy is extremely important to us. The App:

• Encrypts all personal data
• Does not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes
• Stores data securely with end-to-end encryption
• Only shares data with caregivers explicitly authorized by you

6. Acceptable Use

• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

7. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create in the App (logs, notes, etc.). You grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the service
• Create backups of your data
• Generate aggregated and anonymous statistics to improve the service

8. Free Service

STELLADRY is and always will be completely free. There are no:

• Subscription fees
• In-app purchases
• Premium paid features
• Advertising

We reserve the right to accept voluntary donations, but this will never affect access to the App's functionality.

9. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the App settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Use the App in a way that damages our service or other users

Upon account termination, all your data will be permanently deleted after 30 days.

10. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The App will be error-free
• Servers will be available 24/7 without interruptions
• Data will be completely protected against loss (although we make regular backups)

11. Limitation of Liability

As a free service, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including:

• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Service interruption

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through:

• In-app notification
• Email
• Notice on our website

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
